I run large websites and build them with AI at my side.

I look at a website the way a systems designer would. The question is never just how to build this page. It is how the site holds up in three years: whether its components are reusable, accessible and fast, and whether the next person can pick them up.

For the cas.org redesign I gathered observations from internal stakeholders and broke the research into what should change and why. Layouts are prototyped in Claude Design and Figma first, then built in Webflow through MCP once the decisions are made.

Day to day, my team starts with a standup to triage what came in and who takes it. After that I use Claude Skills and Webflow MCP to audit SEO, GEO and structured data, fix broken links, and find gaps in component usage.
