The problem

Every marketing team has a few jobs that get done differently every time. It depends on who picks them up. Auditing a page against SEO criteria. Reading a GA4 export and working out what it means. Getting content out of a doc and into the CMS without wrecking the formatting.

None of it is hard. All of it is inconsistent. And inconsistent work at volume is what quietly eats a team's afternoons.

The approach

I wrote each workflow down as a skill. What goes in, what good output looks like, what the criteria are, and what the model should refuse to guess at.

  • A content audit skill that checks a page against SEO and AEO criteria and comes back with specific fixes rather than a score.
  • A GA4 skill that reads an export and answers the question somebody actually asked.
  • A publishing skill that gets finished content into the Webflow CMS in the right shape, with the right fields filled in.

The value is in the writing down. The standard lives in a file now. Anyone on the team can read it, run it, and improve it. It used to live in one person's head.

The result

Work that used to vary by whoever picked it up runs the same way every time. When the standard changes, it changes in one place.
